One In An ARMY is proud to announce our second December 2021 flash-donation campaign, AccessibiliTae, in support of Tetra Society for Taehyung's birthday! Donations will aid Tetra Society find solutions to environmental barriers, to foster independence, inclusion, and enhance quality of life. The donation period officially began at 11:00 pm KST on December 25th, 2021. Everything listed in steps 3-5 under our individual giving instructions is optional, but extremely helpful for us to track donation amounts as we have no other way to see how much ARMY has donated (see our FAQ for a full explanation). Our hashtag for the month is #AccessibiliTae. The minimum donation amount $3.00 USD.
How To Donate
Step 1) Visit One In An ARMY's custom ARMY donation page.
Step 2) Donate at least $3.00 USD.
Step 3) Take a screenshot of your donation watermark with your twitter @. Please make sure donation amount is VISIBLE but strike out any personal information (see example screenshot below).

About the Organization
From Tetra Society's website:
"At Tetra, our focus is to find solutions to environmental barriers faced by people with disabilities. While these environmental barriers are a part of a person’s journey, we believe Tetra solutions help foster greater independence, quality of life, and inclusion.
Tetra recruits volunteers who work with clients to design and build assistive devices that are custom-made for the individual – these are devices that are either not available commercially or cost-prohibitive. As a non-profit organization, Tetra raises funds to deliver this program, including covering the costs of volunteer travel and materials for devices up to $500 per project.
The scope of Tetra projects is just as diverse as the clients we work with. The work Tetra does addresses needs in different areas of a person’s life.
Tetra’s core focus is to address barriers that affect a person’s ability to live life independently due to obstacles in their environment. One of Tetra’s founding principles is that people are not marginalized by their disability, but by obstacles in their environment. Tetra works to reduce or eliminate these obstacles. Over the past 30+ years, Tetra volunteers have built devices that support:
Eating and drinking
Completing household chores and personal care
