One In An ARMY is proud to announce the February 2020 campaign in cooperation to support Outside Looking In for Hoseok's birthday! The donation period officially began at 10:00 pm KST on February 1st, 2020. Donations will aid Outside Looking In deliver dance and leadership education to Indigenous youth in Canada. Everything listed in steps 3-5 under our individual giving instructions is optional, but extremely helpful for us to track donation amounts as we have no other way to see how much ARMY has donated (see our FAQ for a full explanation). Our hashtag for the month is #DancingWithHope and the bonus mission hashtag is TBA. The minimum donation amount $1.00 CAD.
For the 2019/2020 birthday season, One In An ARMY is also running #WePurpleEarth: a special, 48-hour flash donation project for all seven members. Find out more about We Purple Earth here.

With A Fanbase
If you can’t find an ARMY friend to donate with, you can try reaching out to a local fanbase to see if they’re willing to run a collection pool for your region/country.
Please be advised that One In An ARMY has no way to monitor donations collected through fanbases; donors do so at their own risk. We recommend you only reach out to a base you trust and ask them to provide you with a screenshot that verifies they donated to the campaign. Please contact us if you made a donation through a fanbase and you have reason to believe the money was not donated to the non-profit.
If you don’t want to take the risk of donating to a third-party, save your money for a future campaign and check out the ways you can get involved without donating by visiting our Bonus Missions page or participating in our February Bonus Mission TBA!
About Outside Looking In
From Outside Looking In's website:
"Outside Looking In was created to give Indigenous youth an opportunity to express themselves through the arts while giving Canadians the opportunity to learn more about Indigenous peoples, beyond what they see and read in the media, through OLI’s annual multi-media performance in downtown Toronto.
This experience and performance is about give and take. Canadians have an opportunity to look inside Indigenous communities, while the Indigenous youth will get to see beyond theirs.
Outside Looking In offers a high school accredited dance program providing the opportunity to Indigenous youth and their communities to engage in long-term intensive education through dance. Should youth fulfill the academic and attendance requirements of the program, youth get the opportunity to join other Indigenous youth from across Canada for two weeks in Toronto, preparing for an ultimate performance on stage to show off their talents and abilities before hundreds at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts."
